These Terms of Service govern your use of Kit-Pro. By purchasing, accessing, or using Kit-Pro, you agree to these terms. Kit-Pro is a subscription-based digital service that provides access to proprietary TradingView indicators, analytical tools, educational content, and a Discord community.

2. What Kit-Pro Provides

Kit-Pro provides subscription-based access to digital trading tools and related services, including proprietary TradingView indicators, Pine Script-based analytical tools, invite-only script access through TradingView, configurable indicator settings, educational content, access to a Discord community where included in your plan, and customer support related to access, setup, billing, and general use. Together these are the "Services". The exact indicators, features, billing interval, community access, support level, and price included in each plan are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout before purchase.

Kit-Pro does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, managed account services, copy trading, guaranteed trading signals, guaranteed profit systems, or personalised investment recommendations.
