Refund policy

Kit-Pro provides digital services and digital content that may be delivered shortly after purchase.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may lose that right when you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

At checkout, we may require you to actively confirm this before completing your purchase. If you do not provide this confirmation where required, we may be unable to complete the purchase or begin delivery immediately.

Digital delivery may include granting TradingView invite-only script access, sending access instructions, activating subscription access, providing Discord access, or otherwise making the Services available.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
