Cancellation policy

This policy explains how to cancel your Kit-Pro subscription, what happens when you cancel, and our position on refunds. For full legal terms, see our Terms of Service.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways.

Through your customer portal:

  1. Log in to your account on shop.kitgopro.com
  2. Open your subscription details
  3. Click "Cancel subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

By email: Email support@kitgopro.com from the email address used for purchase. Include your full name, the subscription you want to cancel, and the date you want cancellation to take effect (or "immediately" if not specified). We respond to cancellation requests within 1 business day.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • You retain access to the indicators until your paid period ends.
  • You can resubscribe at any time using the same TradingView username.

Example: if you cancel on the 10th of the month and your subscription renews on the 15th, you keep access until the 15th. After that date, your access to the invite-only scripts will be revoked.

3. Trial Cancellation

If you signed up for a trial offer (such as $1 for 14 days), you can cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged the full monthly price. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard monthly price and your payment method will be charged. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to allow time for processing.

4. Refund Policy

Because Kit-Pro provides digital content with immediate delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds in the ordinary course. This applies to the initial trial fee, any monthly subscription payment after delivery has begun, partial month refunds after mid-cycle cancellation, and multi-month plans where access has been granted.

When you complete your purchase, you actively acknowledge that you waive your standard 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for immediate access. This is required by Norwegian and EU consumer law for digital services where delivery begins right away.

5. Discretionary Refunds

We may offer a refund at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors that prevented us from delivering the indicator, duplicate charges caused by a payment system error, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, or other circumstances at our reasonable judgement. To request a discretionary refund, email support@kitgopro.com within 7 days of the charge with a clear description of the issue.

6. Subscription Suspension vs. Cancellation

Cancellation ends your subscription and your access to the indicators. If you only want to pause for a while, contact us at support@kitgopro.com and we may be able to offer a temporary suspension instead. This is not guaranteed but we are happy to discuss it.

7. Account Closure

You can also request that we delete your customer account entirely. This is separate from cancelling a subscription. To request account deletion, email support@kitgopro.com. We are legally required to retain order and billing records for 5 years under Norwegian bookkeeping law, even if your account is closed.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a dispute about a cancellation, contact us first at support@kitgopro.com. We aim to resolve any issue within 5 business days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may contact Forbrukerradet (Norwegian Consumer Council) at forbrukerradet.no, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
