This Legal Center explains the terms that apply when you visit Kit-Pro’s websites, purchase a subscription, access our TradingView indicators, join our Discord community, contact support, or otherwise use our services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Kit-Pro, you agree to this Legal Center.

1. Plain-Language Summary

This summary is provided to make the key points easier to understand. The full legal terms below still apply.

Kit-Pro is a subscription-based digital service that provides access to proprietary TradingView indicators, analytical tools, educational content, and a Discord community.

Kit-Pro is operated by Ulrik Eidet, a Norwegian sole proprietorship registered in Norway under organisation number 937 485 263.

Access to indicators is delivered manually through TradingView invite-only scripts. TradingView does not currently provide a public API that allows us to fully automate access delivery.

You must provide the correct TradingView username at checkout.

Access is normally granted within 24 hours after successful payment, but delays may occur during weekends, holidays, technical issues, manual processing, payment review, TradingView issues, or if incorrect information is provided.

Discord community access is included where applicable to your subscription plan and is available only while your subscription remains active and while you comply with our rules.

Kit-Pro is for educational, informational, and analytical purposes only.

Kit-Pro does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, guaranteed trading signals, copy trading, managed account services, brokerage services, portfolio management, or any promise of profit.

Trading and investing involve risk. You can lose money, including all capital you choose to risk.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current paid billing period.

Because Kit-Pro is a digital service and access may begin shortly after purchase, completed payments are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun, unless required by law or approved by us in exceptional cases.

At checkout, you may be required to actively confirm that you accept this Legal Center, consent to immediate digital delivery, acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once access has begun, and understand the trading risks.

References to “Kit-Pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the business operating Kit-Pro.

We do not list a physical business address on this Legal Center for privacy and security reasons. Business registration details are available through the Norwegian public business registers where required.

If you have a legitimate legal, regulatory, or consumer protection reason to request additional business identification details, please contact us at support@kitgopro.com.

If the business becomes registered in the Norwegian VAT Register, the organisation number may be displayed with “MVA” where required.

3. What Kit-Pro Provides

Kit-Pro provides subscription-based access to digital trading tools and related services, including:

• Proprietary TradingView indicators

• Pine Script-based analytical tools

• Invite-only script access through TradingView

• Indicator settings and configurable features inside TradingView

• Educational content, documentation, tutorials, examples, or explanations

• Access to a Discord community, where included in your subscription plan

• Customer support related to access, setup, billing, and general use of the Services

Together, these are referred to as the “Services”.

The exact indicators, features, billing interval, community access, support level, and price included in each plan are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout before purchase.

Kit-Pro offers multiple subscription plans. Plan-specific terms shown at checkout, including price, billing interval, included indicators, included features, and included community access, form part of your agreement with us.

Kit-Pro does not provide:

• Financial advice

• Investment advice

• Tax advice

• Legal advice

• Brokerage services

• Portfolio management

• Managed account services

• Copy trading

• Guaranteed trading signals

• Guaranteed profit systems

• Personalised investment recommendations

4. Eligibility

To purchase or use Kit-Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Have an active TradingView account

• Provide a valid and accurate TradingView username at checkout

• Provide accurate billing and contact information

• Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for making sure that your use of Kit-Pro is lawful in your country of residence, citizenship, location, and any jurisdiction where you trade.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a user is underage, using false information, violating these terms, abusing the Services, misusing the community, creating legal or operational risk, or using the Services unlawfully.

5. Subscriptions, Plans, and Pricing

Kit-Pro is sold as a subscription service.

We may offer several subscription plans. Prices, billing intervals, included indicators, included features, and included community access are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices are generally listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless another currency is shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges may be calculated and shown at checkout depending on your location, checkout configuration, payment provider, and applicable law.

We may change our prices, plans, features, product structure, or included benefits from time to time.

Price changes for existing recurring subscriptions will be communicated where required and will normally apply from a future billing period, not retroactively to a billing period already paid.

We do not guarantee that any specific plan, price, feature, indicator, setting, Discord channel, or product structure will remain available permanently.

6. Trials, Promotions, and Special Offers

We may offer trials, introductory prices, coupons, discounts, limited-time offers, or promotional plans.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, a trial or promotional subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription at the applicable standard price when the trial or promotional period ends.

You are responsible for cancelling before the end of a trial or promotional period if you do not want the subscription to renew.

Promotional offers may be limited to specific users, plans, time periods, countries, products, or purchase channels.

We may modify, withdraw, or refuse promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

7. Payment Processing and Recurring Billing

Payments are processed through Shopify, Shopify Payments, Appstle or another subscription management provider, and their underlying payment processors.

We do not store your full payment card details.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges shown at checkout according to the plan you selected.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and valid.

If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend, restrict, or revoke access to the Services until payment is successfully completed.

We may use fraud prevention, payment verification, and risk review systems provided by Shopify, payment processors, or other third-party providers.

8. Order Records and Checkout Acknowledgements

For legal, billing, consumer protection, fraud prevention, and dispute handling purposes, we may store or access order-related records, including:

• Customer name

• Customer email address

• Order ID

• Subscription ID

• Product or plan purchased

• Price and billing interval

• Payment status

• TradingView username provided at checkout

• Legal Center version accepted

• Checkbox acknowledgements accepted at checkout

• Time and date of purchase

• Time and date of cancellation, if applicable

• Time and date access was granted, where recorded

• Support correspondence related to the order

At checkout, you may be required to actively confirm one or more acknowledgements, including acceptance of this Legal Center, consent to immediate digital delivery, acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal once access has begun, and acknowledgement of trading risk.

These records may be used to confirm what you agreed to at the time of purchase.

9. Delivery and Access

Kit-Pro indicators are delivered through TradingView invite-only script access.

After successful payment, we manually add the TradingView username provided at checkout to the relevant invite-only script or scripts.

Access is normally granted within 24 hours after successful payment.

However, access may take longer because of:

• Weekends

• Public holidays

• Manual processing delays

• Incorrect or incomplete TradingView usernames

• TradingView downtime or platform issues

• Payment review

• Fraud checks

• Failed payment confirmation

• Technical issues outside our reasonable control

• Support backlog or operational delays

You are responsible for providing the correct TradingView username at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect TradingView username, we may contact you using the email address provided at purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, changed, private, restricted, or inaccessible TradingView usernames.

Once access is granted, you are responsible for locating the indicator inside TradingView, typically under invite-only scripts or the equivalent TradingView interface.

Digital delivery is considered to have begun when we start providing access to the Services, including when we grant TradingView invite-only script access, send community access instructions, activate subscription access, or otherwise make the digital service available to you.

10. TradingView Account Requirement

Kit-Pro indicators run on TradingView.

You must have an active TradingView account to use the indicators.

TradingView is a third-party platform and is not owned or controlled by Kit-Pro.

We are not responsible for:

• TradingView account issues

• TradingView login problems

• TradingView subscription requirements

• TradingView downtime

• TradingView changes to its platform, interface, policies, rules, or script system

• Broker, exchange, or data feed issues inside TradingView

• Alert delivery issues caused by TradingView

• Limitations of TradingView plans, accounts, or features

• Any loss, delay, malfunction, or limitation caused by TradingView

Your use of TradingView is subject to TradingView’s own terms, policies, subscription requirements, and platform rules.

11. Discord Community Access

Where included in your subscription plan, Kit-Pro includes access to a Discord community.

Discord access is provided as part of the Services while your subscription is active and while the community remains available.

Community access may include discussion, educational content, announcements, support, examples, user questions, screenshots, opinions, and interaction with other members.

Nothing shared in the Discord community by Kit-Pro, its owner, moderators, contractors, affiliates, partners, or other members constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a trading recommendation, a guaranteed signal, a personal recommendation, or an instruction to buy or sell any financial instrument.

We may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove Discord access if you violate this Legal Center, violate community rules, abuse other members, share paid content, spam, harass, mislead others, promote unrelated services, create legal risk, or otherwise harm the community.

Removal from the Discord community for breach of this Legal Center does not entitle you to a refund.

Discord is a third-party platform. We are not responsible for Discord downtime, account issues, moderation tools, platform changes, data practices, or technical limitations.

12. Indicator Configuration and User Settings

Kit-Pro indicators may include configurable settings inside TradingView.

You may be able to turn certain mechanisms, visual elements, filters, alerts, calculations, or other functions on or off through the TradingView settings interface.

You are solely responsible for how you configure, interpret, test, and use the indicators.

Different settings may produce different visual outputs, alerts, signals, conditions, or interpretations.

We do not guarantee that any specific configuration will be profitable, accurate, suitable for your strategy, appropriate for your market, or appropriate for your financial situation.

You should test and understand all settings before using any indicator in connection with real trading decisions.

13. Alerts, Notifications, and Technical Limitations

Some indicators may support alerts, notifications, or signal-like conditions through TradingView.

Alerts and notifications are not guaranteed.

They may fail, be delayed, trigger incorrectly, not trigger, or behave differently than expected because of:

• TradingView limitations

• User configuration

• Browser, app, or device issues

• Internet connection issues

• Exchange or broker data feed issues

• Market volatility

• Script changes

• User error

• Platform downtime

• Timeframe or symbol differences

You are solely responsible for verifying all information before making any trading decision.

No alert, condition, notification, or indicator output should be treated as an instruction to trade.

14. Changes to Products and Features

We may update, improve, modify, replace, rename, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.

This may include changes to:

• Indicator logic

• Indicator settings

• Configuration options

• Visual design

• Alerts

• Documentation

• Educational content

• Discord channels

• Support processes

• Subscription plans

• Product names

• Branding

• Pricing

• Delivery methods

We may make these changes for reasons including product improvement, bug fixes, TradingView limitations, platform changes, security, compliance, business operations, user feedback, fraud prevention, or legal risk.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature, setting, configuration, visual output, alert, Discord channel, or indicator version will remain available permanently.

Where a material change significantly affects your active subscription, we will try to communicate it in a reasonable manner.

15. Licence to Use the Services

While your subscription is active and you comply with this Legal Center, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal educational and analytical purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not:

• Share your TradingView access with others

• Share your Discord access with others

• Share private invite links without permission

• Resell, rent, sublicense, lend, transfer, or distribute access

• Copy, clone, recreate, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, structure, design, or logic

• Republish, rebrand, or present Kit-Pro indicators as your own

• Use Kit-Pro to create, promote, or sell a competing product

• Use Kit-Pro indicators as part of a paid signal service, copy trading service, managed trading service, paid trading group, or commercial trading product without written permission

• Distribute screenshots, recordings, descriptions, settings, explanations, or other materials in a way that reveals or attempts to reveal proprietary logic

• Circumvent access controls

• Attempt to access products not included in your subscription

• Use the Services in a way that damages Kit-Pro, other users, or third-party platforms

Any breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Kit-Pro remain owned by us or our licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pine Scripts

• Indicator logic

• Indicator structures

• Visual designs

• Settings structures

• Documentation

• Text

• Graphics

• Videos

• Tutorials

• Educational content

• Branding

• Names

• Logos

• Product names

• Website content

• Store content

• Discord content created by Kit-Pro

You may not use our intellectual property except as expressly allowed under this Legal Center.

Nothing in this Legal Center gives you ownership of any Kit-Pro intellectual property.

17. Support

We may provide customer support through email, Discord, or other channels.

Support is intended to help with access, setup, billing, general product use, and account-related questions.

Support does not include:

• Personal trading advice

• Strategy building for your personal financial situation

• Investment recommendations

• Tax advice

• Legal advice

• Broker support

• Exchange support

• Guaranteed custom indicator development

• TradingView account support beyond reasonable general guidance

• Review of your personal trades

• Guarantees of profitability or performance

We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee a specific support response time.

18. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others

• Share paid content without permission

• Share access credentials or invite links

• Spread misleading claims about profits, performance, or results

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the indicators

• Interfere with our systems, accounts, community, or other users

• Engage in fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or account misuse

• Impersonate another person or provide false information

• Use the Services for unlawful financial promotions

• Use the Services for regulated activities without proper authorisation

• Promote scams, fraud, or misleading investment schemes

• Misrepresent your relationship with Kit-Pro

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

19. Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, your account page, the checkout provider, the subscription management link, or by contacting support@kitgopro.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated, you will normally retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

20. Termination or Suspension by Us

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

• You breach this Legal Center

• You fail to pay subscription fees

• You provide false, incomplete, or misleading information

• You share, resell, or misuse access

• You attempt to reverse engineer or copy our products

• You abuse staff, moderators, or community members

• You engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment misuse

• Your use creates legal, security, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk

• You violate third-party platform rules

• We are required to do so by law, payment provider rules, platform rules, or other valid legal reasons

Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

After termination or expiry of your subscription, we may remove your TradingView invite-only script access and Discord community access.

21. No Financial Advice

Kit-Pro is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, fund manager, portfolio manager, tax advisor, legal advisor, signal provider, or copy trading service.

The Services are provided for educational, informational, and analytical purposes only.

Nothing provided by Kit-Pro should be interpreted as:

• Financial advice

• Investment advice

• Tax advice

• Legal advice

• A recommendation to buy, sell, short, hold, or trade any asset

• A guarantee of profit

• A promise of performance

• A personalised recommendation

• A trading instruction

• A managed investment service

• An invitation to enter into a regulated financial transaction

• A substitute for independent research or professional advice

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, research, risk management, tax obligations, and legal compliance.

22. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The indicators will be profitable

• The indicators will be accurate in all market conditions

• Any signal, alert, configuration, or example will produce a successful trade

• Past performance will repeat in the future

• Backtests will match live results

• Alerts will always trigger correctly

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

• TradingView will remain available or unchanged

• Discord will remain available or unchanged

• The Services will suit your trading style, financial situation, risk tolerance, or goals

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kit-Pro and its owner, contractors, moderators, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for:

• Trading losses

• Loss of capital

• Loss of profits

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of opportunity

• Loss of data

• Missed trades

• Missed alerts

• Delayed alerts

• Incorrect settings

• User mistakes

• Platform issues

• Broker or exchange issues

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages

• Decisions made based on indicators, screenshots, examples, Discord discussions, support messages, educational content, or any other content

• Third-party platform issues, including TradingView, Discord, Shopify, Appstle, payment providers, brokers, exchanges, or data providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or this Legal Center is limited to the amount you paid to Kit-Pro during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Legal Center limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

24. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Legal Center is intended to remove, limit, or exclude consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.

If you are a consumer in Norway, the EU, the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may have rights that apply regardless of this Legal Center.

Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this Legal Center, the mandatory law will apply.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

This Legal Center is governed by the laws of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Legal Center or the Services will be handled by the ordinary courts of Norway, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal legal action, please contact us at support@kitgopro.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Part B — Cancellation and Refund Policy

26. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Kit-Pro subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Cancellation does not normally cancel, reverse, or refund the current paid billing period.

After cancellation, you will normally retain access to your indicators and included Discord community access until the end of the current billing period.

After the billing period ends, we may remove your TradingView invite-only script access and Discord community access.

27. How to Cancel

You may cancel through:

• The customer portal, if available

• Your account page, if available

• The subscription management link provided after purchase, if available

• Emailing support@kitgopro.com

If you contact us by email, you should use the email address associated with your purchase and include enough information for us to identify your subscription.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next renewal charge to prevent that renewal.

We are not responsible for failed renewal cancellations caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, or late cancellation requests.

28. Refund Policy

Because Kit-Pro is a digital subscription service and access may begin shortly after purchase, completed payments are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun.

This includes, unless otherwise required by law:

• Initial subscription payments

• Trial fees

• Renewal payments

• Partial billing periods

• Unused time after cancellation

• Failure to use the indicators after access has been granted

• Failure to join or participate in Discord after access has been made available

• Incorrect TradingView usernames provided by the customer

• Failure to understand TradingView’s interface

• Failure to cancel before renewal

• Incorrect assumptions about trading performance, profitability, or suitability

29. Refund Exceptions

We may provide a refund at our discretion in limited cases, such as:

• Duplicate charges

• Clear technical billing errors

• Payment taken after a confirmed cancellation

• Failure by us to provide access within a reasonable time after receiving correct information

• Other exceptional circumstances we consider reasonable

To request a refund, contact support@kitgopro.com within 7 days of the relevant charge.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Refunds may be denied where access has been delivered, the subscription was used, the renewal was valid, or the request is based on trading losses, dissatisfaction with results, failure to cancel, or misunderstanding of risk.

30. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us first at support@kitgopro.com so we can try to resolve it quickly.

We may use order records, access records, checkout acknowledgement records, support correspondence, TradingView access logs, subscription records, and payment processor records to respond to chargebacks and payment disputes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you initiate an unjustified chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

Chargeback abuse, fraud, or repeated payment disputes may result in permanent termination of access.

31. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Digital Delivery

Kit-Pro provides digital services and digital content that may be delivered shortly after purchase.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may lose that right when:

• You expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service before the withdrawal period expires; and

• You acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

At checkout, we may require you to actively confirm this before completing your purchase.

If you do not provide this confirmation where required, we may be unable to complete the purchase or begin delivery immediately.

Digital delivery may include granting TradingView invite-only script access, sending access instructions, activating subscription access, providing Discord access, or otherwise making the Services available.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Part C — Risk Disclosure

32. Read This Before Using Kit-Pro

Trading and investing involve risk.

Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully before using any Kit-Pro indicator, example, educational content, Discord discussion, alert, screenshot, video, support message, or related service.

By purchasing or using Kit-Pro, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks described in this section.

33. Educational and Analytical Use Only

Kit-Pro provides technical analysis tools, indicators, and educational content.

We are not:

• A licensed financial advisor

• A registered investment advisor

• A broker

• A dealer

• A fund manager

• A portfolio manager

• A copy trading provider

• A managed account provider

• A signal service that guarantees outcomes

Nothing provided through Kit-Pro constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The indicators are tools that you may use as part of your own research, testing, analysis, and decision-making.

34. Trading Carries Substantial Risk

Trading and investing in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Forex

• Stocks

• Indices

• Commodities

• Cryptocurrencies

• Futures

• Options

• CFDs

• Leveraged products

• Other financial instruments

You should understand that:

• You can lose some or all of your capital

• Leverage can amplify losses

• Some products may create losses greater than your initial deposit

• Markets can move rapidly and unexpectedly

• Liquidity can disappear

• Spreads, slippage, fees, commissions, and taxes affect results

• Backtest results may differ significantly from live trading

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

35. Indicators Do Not Predict the Future

Kit-Pro indicators are designed to highlight certain market structures, patterns, conditions, or analytical signals.

They do not predict the future.

An indicator signal is not a guaranteed winning trade.

Technical analysis is probabilistic, not certain.

Market conditions change. A tool that appears useful in one market, timeframe, or period may not work in another.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to use any information shown by the indicators.

36. No Performance Guarantees

Any examples, screenshots, charts, videos, backtests, explanations, Discord posts, support messages, marketing materials, or other communications are provided for educational or illustrative purposes only.

They are not guarantees, promises, or projections of future results.

Examples may be selected to demonstrate how an indicator behaves. They should not be treated as representative of average results.

Real-world results may be affected by:

• Timing

• Slippage

• Spread

• Commissions

• Broker execution

• Liquidity

• News events

• Market volatility

• Taxes

• User settings

• Human error

• Psychology and discipline

• Platform limitations

• Data feed differences

We do not represent or warrant that you or any other user will achieve any particular result.

37. Discord and Community Content

The Kit-Pro Discord community may include discussions, examples, opinions, questions, screenshots, educational content, user-generated posts, and informal conversations.

Discord content is not financial advice.

No Discord post, message, screenshot, example, discussion, or comment should be interpreted as:

• A recommendation to enter or exit a trade

• A guarantee of success

• A personal investment recommendation

• A signal you should follow

• A substitute for your own research and risk management

• A promise that a similar outcome will happen again

You are responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by other community members.

38. Your Responsibility

By using Kit-Pro, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

• You are solely responsible for your profits and losses

• You will not hold Kit-Pro responsible for trading outcomes

• You understand that losses are part of trading

• You will use appropriate risk management

• You will not risk money you cannot afford to lose

We are not responsible for losses, delays, errors, missed alerts, missing signals, execution problems, or other issues caused by third parties.

42. Community Standards

If you access the Kit-Pro Discord community or any other community channel we operate, you agree to behave respectfully.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others

• Spam the community

• Promote scams, fraud, or misleading claims

• Share paid Kit-Pro content outside the community

• Share access credentials or invite links without permission

• Post illegal content

• Pretend to represent Kit-Pro without authorisation

• Give personalised financial advice to other users

• Make guaranteed profit claims

• Promote unrelated products, services, groups, or communities without permission

• Interfere with moderation or community operations

• Encourage reckless trading or irresponsible risk-taking

• Mislead users about your results, experience, or relationship with Kit-Pro

We may remove content, warn users, restrict access, or remove users from the community at our discretion.

43. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you post in our community.

By posting content in the Kit-Pro community, you grant us permission to use, display, moderate, store, and reference that content for community operation, support, safety, legal protection, and improvement.

You must not post content that infringes someone else’s rights or violates applicable law.

We may remove user-generated content at any time.

44. No Refund for Community Rule Violations

If you are removed from the community because you violated this Legal Center or community rules, you are not entitled to a refund.

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, we may also suspend or terminate your indicator access.
